Chef's Knife

SOLD!!!    My first knife using fossil material. NitroV stainless steel, Rc 63. 0.19" thick at neck with a step down to 0.13" at the spine. 2.5" heel, 7.75" blade. Handle: Custom alumilite, with brass spacer and a piece of dinosaur/reptilian bone. I found the bone fragment in the cretaceous deposits of New Jersey.
